Rebranding and transforming Enso, an existing platform initially designed for live events, into a versatile space for various bespoke environments.
Why
Recognizing the shifting landscape of virtual experiences, the decision to rebrand Enso was rooted in the desire to pivot from its event-specific identity to a platform capable of accommodating diverse environments. The aim was to foster richer interactions, empower users to engage seamlessly, and transcend geographical constraints. This transformation held the promise of not just reshaping Enso's identity, but also expanding its reach across industries.
Process
Strategy, Design, and Presentation Excellence
Re-defining Enso’s Identity: The journey commenced with the formulation of a comprehensive strategy. My team and I set out to redefine Enso's identity by rebranding it from an event-centric platform to a versatile hub for custom environments.
Design Foundation:
Floor Plan and User Journey: An essential initial step was crafting a detailed floor plan view of the envisioned virtual environment. This included strategically placing key elements such as hallways, shops, corridors, entertainment areas, and more. Simultaneously, I designed a user journey and experience map that charted user interactions, expectations, and touchpoints within this immersive landscape.
Visual Identity and UI Design: Building upon the groundwork, I ventured into the realm of visual identity design. I curated a distinct color palette, selected complementary fonts, and translated the vision into wireframes and then mock-ups.
Content and Presentation Excellence: With the design elements in place, I then wrote the copy that encapsulated the essence of the rebranded Enso platform. This narrative was meticulously integrated into a final presentation, meticulously curated to articulate the transformation journey and underscore the potential of the Metaverse Terminal concept to our client.

Takeaway
This strategic rebranding held the power to reshape user engagement, redefine retail experiences. Through this case study I learned the value of leveraging design as a vehicle for reimagining and repositioning digital platforms. The ability to pivot, adapt, and infuse innovation while maintaining user-centricity stands as a testament to the potential of strategic design in shaping the future of immersive experiences.
